1) NON COACHING OPTION - this program DOES NOT include any nutritional guidance or customized macros. This is strictly just workouts

2) COACHING OPTION - this program includes workouts along with customized macros, any nutritional guidance you may need, weekly check-ins, recommended supplementation and more!
