The Corner Leverage Gym comes with a unique swing arm/press arm station that simulates a natural, straight up-and-down motion. This versatile press arm bar can be raised to its highest position, transforming the GLGS100 into a pull-up/chin-up station. Furthermore, an adjustable knee lock-down enables easier lat pulldowns, while the low pulley station is perfect for various curls and row exercises.

Incorporating ease and efficiency, the gym is designed to work with most flat, incline, or decline benches.
